Pathetic service!

We were at Panarottis Pizza in Menlyn just now and although the food d was very good, the service was absolutely pathetic!!! Everytime we ordered anything, a cofee, beer what ever it took 30 - 45 min to arrive. After we had our meals our kids wanted to make their own waffles, then again it took 45 minutes to arrive! How can it take 45 min to make a waffle??????
