Pathetic service

So this is the second time this resturant has disappointed me !!! Tonight I ordered take aways - phoning because I am in no mood to stand and wait , the patron on the other side said 15-20 minutes so I waited 30 just to make sure ! I ordered a large 3 cheese focaccia and alfredo with no mushroom - when I got there I had to hear how they accidentally made a standard instead of a large - i agreed to take the standard and asked that they bring alfredo - I stood waiting another ten minutes while they fetched the alfredo (I presume it was because there was no alfredo) - if I wanted to stand there and wait I would not have phoned to place an order !!! To top it of the focaccia was probably the worst I have ever tasted!!! Pathetic !!! If not for my wife I would have gone on a rampage on social media
