Pathetic service
My wife and kids went to Panarottis last night at 18.30,we were seated and it took the waiter 20 minutes to get to us so we could order our drinks. People that literally came after us were getting their meals before us. We specifically told him \NO ICE". It took him another 20 minutes to bring the drinks which came with ice. After placing our orders"
