Pathetic service

<p>Today, during my lunch me and my colleague went for the Tuesday special. We arrived there just before 13:00, the manager (I think her name was Kayla, I speak under correction ) was our waitress. She took our order, almost 25mins later, we then called another waiter to ask how long we'll still have to wait, he then comes back saying 10mins. Thereafter,the manager comes saying they never took our order. After being helped by the manager, she literally took 40mins to tell us our order has not been taken. How do you explain that ???</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
