Pathetic

<p>Yesterday, 2nd July 2017 I visited the Vangate Mall Panarottis and was horrified at the poor service I received at the restaurant. Firstly, I had to seat myself as there was no welcoming at the door. Secondly, I had to sit for what seems to be forever at a dirty table without any assistance and when a waiter finally came she advised me that the play area had no supervision as the “lady that normally watch the children left for the day and is only coming back tomorrow”. Yet my 3year old daughter was playing there….Then when I asked for a kiddies menu which I did not get when she brought the menus she then told me that the Sunday Kiddies Special has expired. The posters on the windows and the menus still have the special on. The manager then came and gave me a sorry story of they still waiting on the new menus and she cannot authorize the free kiddies meal? I then asked her to show me a notice posted the restaurant to say that the special expired and that I will complain about the untrue/false information presented by Panarottis. She then asked me not to complain and that she would appreciate it yet did nothing to keep her client happy. It ended up with me leaving Panarottis and other customers followed as they had same issue.</p>
