I visited PANOROTTI : BALLITO JUNCTION with a colleague on Sunday 16th October 2022. I ordered a VEGETERIAN PIZZA and A CUPPUCCINO with CREAM . Sadly the established had NO CLUE how to make a VEG PIZZA nor how to make a CUPPUCCINO . The PIZZA had NO taste with a lot of VEG just thrown on the PIZZA . Clearly SUB STANDARD by all accounts . The CUPPACHINO was cold and not served in the correct MUG / CUP . The question is asked " WHO TAKES RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS MEDIOCRITY " CLEARLY the FRANCHISOR is a FAILURE . Where is the BRAND , EXPERTISE , TRAINING , and OVERSIGHT . From where the customer sits , there is NONE. PANOROTTIS can do far better than this . PLEASE WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE . Please be advised that the CLIENT does NOT NEED nor require any form of APOLOGY . Customers want to see all round COMPETENCE . This establishment has fallen short of expectations.
