Pannarottis, talents include hiding from customers

Went to meet up with friends at Brentwood mall. We went there at 11 on a Friday, so it was quite. Not only was our waiter half asleep and avoided us, but the food came late. We only left at 1 because our waiter kept avoiding us and going to the back of the kitchen, even after we had our plates taken away. Because we sat there for over three hours with bad service, and sat there for an hour longer than necessary. We didn't give him the best of tips. Upon leaving the establishment, the owner of that branch was considerably rude and curt. Never going back to that branch again
