Panerotti's Vaal Mall breaks kids' hearts

The Panerottis Vaal Mall branch delivered the wrong amount of pizzas to the school I work at. We were hosting an event for the learners and due to incompetency, a large amount of children did not receive their pizzas. The delivery even included an empty pizza box, that serves no purpose at all. We phoned the manager of the Vaal mall branch to notify him of the error, he refused to complete the delivery. He came along on the delivery, obviously he did not complete all of the necessary checks. This is unacceptable Panerotti's, you have lost over 1000 customers forever.
