Panarottis-Wilkoppies-Klerksdorp Worst Father's Day experience ever! Took my Dad(who is from out of town) and husband. After placing a simple breakfast order, we waited for over 50 minutes, while other patrons, who came after us, had already started paying their bills. Called the manager(lady with short blonde hair, "Roxette" hairstyle)-pardon the judgement, but my disappointment and anger are real - and she responds by saying she'll check the kitchen. Upon return, walks right past us, no feedback, whatsoever. Needless to say, my Dad and husband felt hurt and HUNGRY, as we left and only paid for our drinks. Other patrons communicated their disgust at the manager's attitude outside the establishment and apologised on her behalf. NOTE: These were white patrons. We obviously were not. Please PANAROTTIS WILKOPPIES KLERKSDORP - EVERYONE IS WORTHY OF GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Your reputation is at stake! And no....it was not the poor waiter's fault. Management, have a chat with your manager.
