Panarottis Westgate Shopping Center

On Saturday the 15th of November 2025,I went to have lunch with my son at Panarottis Westgate Shoppkng center in Roodeport,When you get in the store they don't tell you that they dont allow trolleys,they just let you leave the trolley next to their cash desk and find you a table to sit.And one would assume that your belongings are safe right,while sitting then I asked my son to check the trolley,only to find out that my sons new clothes got ******,the manager took me to their office to check the cameras and we saw a guy posing as a customer and he took the paper bag with my sons clothes,and while there was panarottis staff by the cash desk.So at panarottis westgate they say that its a ******** case I must open a case,who am I opening a case for that I dont even know? They say there's a disclaimer in the store,but their signage its not visible for customers to see that they don't allow trolleys,and you leave them at your own risk.I lost a lot of money,my son doesn't have clothes right now cos of your staff incompetence
