Panarottis waiters

Me and my family went to Vaal mall panarottis Sunday 29/12/2019 to have a lovely meal like always but dit not hapen this time. We were sit down an first drinks were taken with starter. Drinks came, wonderfull. After a while the waiter came and took our orders for the main meal. After a hour my wife stands up and ask our waiter where the kids food and starter are. Please note that our drinks were empty and waiter were not once at our table to hear if we are okay or to say or ask about our starter or kids meals for a long time and children started to cry because they were getting hungry. The waiter responded that he is not sure and he will go check, as my wife stood there looking at him he quickly grabed the starter and came to the table. He said he wanted to bring the starter and the kids food, and our main meal out together thats why he didn't bring the starter. We explained to him that the starter was to share for the 4of us. We didn't order the kids food with the starter so there was no reason for him to try and get everything out together. After we said he can bring te bill for the drinks becase we can't wait that long for food (we still had an 250km trip to make) the waiter quickly wanted to get the kids food. We said no we will pay for thed rinks and rather buy take-aways the manager came to us and tried to convince us to stay, again we declined and asked for the bill. The manager took my wifes number and said the owner will call us on Monday. We are still waiting for the call. Regards.
