Panarottis Rustenburg waterfall mall

This morning we went for our usual breakfast this time at panarottis in Rustenburg mall. We placed our order the breakfast pizza and coffee. I ordered a Milo and after about 10 minutes a different waiter came to tell me they out of Milo they can offer me hot chocolate which was fine. We had a view of where they place ur food for the waiter to collect it, it sat there for a good 5 to 10 minutes before he brought it when it arrives at the table it was already cold and no utensils was brought to eat the pizza with or the condiments that comes with it as a regular panarottis customer this service was shocking the manager offered to warm up the pizza but the damage was done already. Realy disappointed in the service received there this morning
