Panarottis rosebank, very unhygienic

This is my third time at Panarottis Rosebank and the service is really slow, I wait up to an hour to get my food. Yesterday I was there for lunch and there were flies all around my food and there was a ****roach on the table. Today my stomach is really sore and I'm sure it's related to the unhygienic environment at the restaurant.
