Panarottis rock once again!

We are a big family with lots of hungry mouths to feed. We have always loved to go to Panarottis. It is one of our favorite places. When we stayed in Olifantshoek, we use to go to Kathu Panarottis. We had a very bad experience there so we stoped. Until they had a change in Management. Rudi was the best. He was warm and always made us feel welcome. Then we moved to Upington. We started going to Panarottis in the mall. Was ok in the beginning but then the bad service started. Cold food. Wrong orders. Waiting 2 hours for food. Filthy floors and cutlery. The toppings on the Pizza started to become so little, we had to separate them to get a bit on each slice. Desert was sour or did not have any. So we stoped going and went to spur instead. Until the new owners came. They are awesum. They make you feel welcome. The bathroom is actually clean now. Food are quick and service are prompt. Great specials again and the toppings are propper. Warm and cozy and we feel so welcome. He is a wonderful host. Always friendly and everything is clean and tidy. Now Panarottis are once again one of our favorites and we love to go there. Keep up the good work guys. You rock. Please do not leave ever. You are doing a wonderful job.
