Why would you give your clients a platform to order online, give them a pick up time and have them wait for an HOUR. I do understand that you might get busy and I'm not one to complain and could have endured 20 minutes but an hour then I might as well go to the restaurant order and wait. At least I'd know it's gonna take some time. Come on guys I really enjoy your meals but I was really inconvenienced
