Panarottis Potchefstroom Branch

The Potchefstroom branch has the worst service imaginable. I had phoned in to order the call and collect 2 large pizzas for R150, and the lady, who could barely speak English, took my order. When I got there I was billed double the amount. When asked why, the owner came through and told me that the special doesn’t run on a Saturday, and that we should’ve known about this.

The lady who answered the phone should’ve have told me that the special doesn’t run on Saturdays, as I specifically called regarding that order.

Furthermore, I would just like to bring to attention to customers that the service of the Potchefstroom branch is unacceptably horrible. They have no respect whatsoever for their customers.
