Panarottis Poor Service

Had the worst experience at Panarottis. My wife and I were really hungry and so thought we would try the Tuesday special. We ordered quickly both food and drinks. The drinks must have taken about 10 mins to come but we got water in-between. Then we waited about 35 mins for the food to come! Our waiter was no where to be seen. We heard another waiter explain something about the kitchen but nothing was told to us. We asked other waiters but nothing seemed to happen.In the meantime there was a massive screaming match between a customer and the manager about the customers child not being looked after in the kids area. Eventually another waiter checked on our food and it came out. We ordered a pizza and pasta. The pizza was cold and clearly had been standing for a while. Our waiter never came back while we were eating. Then afterwards when asked how our food was I told the waiter it was cold he asked if I wanted something to drink which by then we just wanted to leave not order more things. We asked for our bill. We then still had to wait another few mins for our bill so we went to the counter only to find our waiter was the manager! He did not seem to really be concerned we had a negative experience. Clearly there is some serious lack of leadership! This happened at Hemmingways on Tuesday 24 September at lunch time.
