Panarottis Pizza Pasta Cresta

I went to Panarottis Pizza at the Cresta Shopping Centre on the 19th December 2020. I received the worst service ever. My husband and I got to the door, waited for at least 13-15 min before a waiter came to offer us a seat. I was surprised at how empty the restaurant was as I had not gone there since they had changed management. We were not even asked where we wanted to sit, either way I quickly mentioned "I'd like a seat outside"... I asked for water, it arrived 10min later. We got served by a male named Junior. We ordered Sangria, a Heineken and large Rib and Chicken pizza. He came back 30min later with a warm Sangria that had no fruit. He brought us one dirty glass of wine and told us the restaurant had run out of glasses. The ice came in a beer glass which was also filthy. After asking him to go get us another glass, he left for about 15min and still came back with no glass. The table was also very dusty and sticky. He then mentioned that the pizza would take at least an hour to arrive because the kitchen is short staffed. I asked him to call his manager named Charles. After waiting for the manager for 20min, I stood up and went to the counter. I gently told the manager that I'd like to pay only for the Heineken that we had opened but I'd like to leave their poor service. He started apologizing and blaming everything on Covid. But what did that have to do with missing glasses??? He couldn't answer, all he kept saying was "please give us a second chance". I explained that I'd rather go to Spur where the service is always excellent no matter what time of the day it is. Please avoid Panarottis Pizza in Cresta!!! Their service is horrible.
