Panarottis Mthatha - Poor Hygiene and bad management

Good Day, I visited Panarottis Mthatha on Monday 16 March 2020 and my experience is as follows.

I was assited by Phindiwe who gave us perfect service. She made us feel welcome and all of our needs were met.

My problem started when I noticed the dirtiness of the store, which was extremely disappointing. The walls of the passage ways are covered in dirt while the windows have dripping strains with who knows what. That clearly indicates lack of cleaning. It was completely disgusting eating my food while being exposed to such an unhygienic sight. This is a violation of Regation 638!

During my visit none of the Managers did a visit to the table, BUT the managers of the store was just sitting around on the table next to the BOH - doing absolutely nothing. As I exited the store I even walk past the manager without a greeting from him. So where else should I lay a complaint like this.

This store was truely a disappointment for me. The brand of Spur Corp cannot be reflected like this!
