Panarottis, Mthatha is terrible!

The service at panarottis in Mthatha is the worst ever! It has been like this for a long time! They lost the plot from after just a couple of months of opening. You can sit at a table and no one even realizes you are seated there, until you call for attention. Then you are lucky if your order arrives in less than an hour after you've placed it. One day, after waiting for 40mins for drinks, my friend and I just walked out and no one was even paying attention; last week they took an hour 40 mins with a pizza order; today, they took an hour to being coffee and no one bothered to check on us after that until we again called for attention. Let's see how long they'll take with today's pizza order. I hate panarottis Mthatha. If it were always up to me, I'd never ever come here or order anything from here; but my friend likes the food and we have to endure this terrible service everytime.
