Panarottis Midlands Mall

I have NEVER felt so unwelcome at a place 1.Waited a good 5 minutes at the door to be seated 2.I had to greet the waitress in order for her to give me a seat 3.She showed me a table to sit on before realizing it was occupied 4.This was on a Monday(02 April 08) It was not busy at all 5.I got a table at 16:35, 17:00pm there was no menu,no drinks,no waiter NO service 6.Had to call a manager,because I thought it was the way I looked,or I was smelling or something!Maybe I didn't get the dress code 7.He had to serve me himself,got the food in 15minutes But the drink was awful with no ice

Yohh the service at Panarottis Midlands Mall was appalling,terrible,the worst ever! My first and my last time there! If it wasn't for the manager I wouldn't have eaten

I was a waiter for a year,I know whats acceptable and whats not If I knew for sure the manager was allowed to take tips,I wouldve tipped him 50% of my bill As for my waiter(whoever it was) Didnt even deserve the R2 I left there Infact she should've just paid for my ****** meal!
