Panarottis - Lack of service

My wife and I decided to go out for supper tonight (10/10/19) at your Gateway branch in Umhlanga branch. We were taken to a table and just left there. No waiter attended to us. About 15 to 20 minutes had passed. People that came after us were attended to and still sat there waiting until we got up and left. Even on exit, none of your employees even bothered to ask if everything was ok or why we were leaving. Your service is terrible. Ill be sure to share my experience with my friends and family and let them know about the kind of service you provide. Ill be sure not to visit your branch in future
