Playgrounds are places where children are free to have fun, and socialize with other children. These venues are dedicated to children’s entertainment.

It's common for a child minor to take their eyes off our kids while tending to the needs of others. Yet my daughter was pulled off from the slide by the child-minor. I went to address her about the situation as my daughter of 9yrs of age was crying. The child minor has the every right to reprimand the kids to avoid kids getting hurt, but has no right laying her hands on my daughter. While addressing the child minor, I was approached by the manager, who apologized on her behalf. My daughter was offered a waffle on the house, which we refused.

We as Parents leave our children in the custody of your child minor, and they are to do it with understanding that our kids/children will remain safe from undue harm and injury. I am very unhappy about this!!!
