This rating should actually be ZERO for the operations manager of Panarottis in Kenilworth Centre's customer service. After our booking has been disregarded and we queried, being very upset, the operations manager was just as heated, voicing that it is HIS store and HIS rules. Not even apologising about the miscommunication. A big thumbs up to the store manager Michael who salvaged the whole situation afterwards with his great customer s****s.
