Panarottis Jean Av Super Manager Carlton

Unfortunately I cannot share the pictures of the food that was delivered after we ordered from Panarottis Jean Ave using the Uber Eats App, however I have shared it with the manager Carlton on the 3rd of March when the order was placed. By the time the food reached us it was a mess. It looked like pizza that was served from a dumpster. I contacted the store fully annoyed and Carlton did his best to calm me down and assured me that he would look into the matter. Within 5 minutes he made contact and ask me for pictures of the food which I shared with him. He immediately rectified on the stores account for a new delivery. Thank you Carlton you service was great and very well handled. Just a huge shame that Uber Eats throws away the reputation of your store. I will definitely use your store again but will collect myself.
