Panarottis is unbearable

Gosh like I know their service is substandard and always has been especially in Mthatha savoy. I guess I can be blamed for putting myself in this toxic relationship over and over again.

Right now I’ve been waiting for my order for almost 2 hours. Get this… I called around 5 but the phone was engaged. Went there and there was a que outside in the cold , just to order take away. Asked about their phone, got not valid reason but noticed it was just unhooked and they only put it back after pointing it out to them.

Ordered and after paying they told me I’d wait for 1 hour so I asked them to deliver instead. So an hour and 30 minutes later I call back and they ask to call me back after hearing the issue. Now 30 more minutes later… no call has come through, when I call it’s not going through and I’m starving and angry?
