Panarottis - Grove

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Panarottis at The Grove. I placed an order through Uber Eats, and after waiting for two hours with no updates or communication, I had to drive to the restaurant myself to sort things out. The lack of contact and any effort to resolve the situation was frustrating. To make matters worse, the manager was completely unhelpful and failed to manage the situation properly. There was no compensation or apology for the inconvenience. It was a chaotic, disappointing experience, and I will definitely think twice before ordering from there again.
