Panarottis Gateway Mall can do better than this!!!

I am so gatvol with that place honestly!!! Firstly, their service is poor, so poor that you sometimes eat cold food. You can legit sit for 30 mins before you get something to drink. I have had 4 encounters already and all the time I call the manager and report how unsatisfied I am and all I ever get is " sorry, it won't happen again"

I went there today (25 May 2023) and requested we be served by someone who atleast understands and values us but no, they told us about some rule of her not being able to work upstairs if she is set up to work downstairs. Cool then, they bring us another waitress. It took her about 20 mins to come and ask what we want to drink, mind you we had already placed our order. Cool, we let it slide, another 20 mins to bring condiments! Okay, we let it slide, she brings us cold pizza, like cold cold. Again, we let it slide and try to enjoy the cold pizza in front of us. From there, our waitress disappeared. We sat with dirty dishes for 30 mins. We initially wanted to order dessert but heck, we did not even want to be there anymore!

In conclusion, in as much as their food is incredible, their service is whack. I wouldn't be here venting if it was a today thing but no, everytime I'm there I have to feel like I don't matter? Like I'm there for free food so I must take what they give me? I'm highly disappointed yet again.

The one star is for the good food, shout out to the kitchen staff at Panarottis Gateway Mall.
