Panarottis disappointed me

I received the worst service from Panarottis wilkoppies Klerksdorp I ordered a pizza after work telephonicly as I was in a hurry I spoke to a guy with told me that a monstorito duo was R260 and a normal monstorito is R230 I ordered the normal monstorito but when I got there they told me I had to pay R260 because it was a gourmet pizza I feel if I was giving the correct information I would have settled for a duo what makes it worst he told me that it would take 25min I got there 30 minutes later after speaking to him and had to wait another 30 min because my pizza was not even in the oven as I was told!! I would never be able to trust panarottis again
