Absolutely disgusting service from the store and Mr delivery aswell. I placed an order at 17.35, I'm writing this review at 19.48 still waiting for food. When I called Mr d they said the an hour after ordering they said there's a delay due to staff capacity at the restaurant. When I called the restaurant the lady Khanyo said Mr D fetched the order at 18.13 and I must follow up with them. After another hour and 40 minutes of talk time gone, I got hold of the restaurant again and this time I asked to get the drivers details who picked up the order. It so happened that he was there. When I spoke to the guy he said he was only sent the order at that time after a call from his service department came to him and he does not know anything about the first order . Khanyo does not know anything aswell what happened to the initial order and cannot confirm where it is or with who. This **** type of service is what drives people away from your brand . It's the first and last time I ordered from panarottis . Disgusting pathetic hopeless service
