Panarottis condiments at their own discretion

So I order a pizza from Panarottis last night through Mr D. Pizza comes, I get my condiments with the pizza and everything is gucci. The condiments with the pizza are so good, I order another pizza this evening for supper.

Mr D rocks up, I'm looking forward to adding the condiment to my pizza to make extra gucci as always. (I have never received a Panarottis pizza without them before.)

And bam, no condiments. This completely throws my expectation and changes the flavour and my meal experience. I lost my appetite and I've thrown the rest of it away. There's no point.

So when I expressed my disatisfaction to Mr D, the best I got was 'condiments are at the restaurant's discretion'.

Lawfully yeah, sure I can get that - but what restaurant goes out of their way to ***** their customer like that? 'We're sorry Mr. Puissa, but today, we'd like to f@#* you at our own discretion. Have a wonderful day.'
