Panarottis Clearwater could have put me in hospital

I am so disappointed with your Clearwater branch. My husband and I went there this evening for date night and had the worst experience ever. I am not able to eat hot food due to health reasons. I ordered the chicken livers and specifically asked for it to NOT be hot. Both my husband and I received hot livers. I ate half of them as I don't like to complain. But even after informing our waiter nothing was done so my husband said I should just eat them as they weren't too hot. We hadn't even had our starters for 5 minutes when our mains were brought. I then tried to break the heat by eating the mains with the livers. It didn't help. I started to feel very ill from the livers and was at the point of becoming faint. We asked the waiter to urgently bring me a glass of ice water. He brought me a glass of Luke warm tap water no ice. My husband then had enough and went to the manager as by this time I was in tears. They brought me a glass of water with ice in and we explained everything with tears running down my face. They apologized and offered a free takeaway of livers to take home. By this time I was not interested in anything but the bill and we politely refused. I could no longer eat my main meal as I was feeling too ill. We asked for the bill and takeaways. Surprise surprise we were charged in full for the meal. I informed the waiter to tell the manager that we will be posting this story on any and all social media platforms as we were so disgusted. He put the full amount through still. We were almost out of the mall when suddenly the waiter came running up to us with 70 rand cash. Only after we threatened social media did they decide to do something. I will never ever support one of your restaurants again. I have been ill ever since and will now have to get my health back in control as a result of their negligence. This is unacceptable and could have been much worse. I hope you do something about this.
