Panarottis' bad service

<p>On Friday night, 6 May. Me and my boyfriend went to Paarl Mall about around 7pm for a bite. We chose to eat at Panarottis. Got there, and stood outside, as the notice says, "Please wait to be seated". So the waiter at the counter was busy with a customer who came to collect a pizza. And by hand over the counter while busy with that customer, he showed us that we can sit anywhere. So we went in. The place wasn't even busy. For more than 5minutes, no one came to us to bring a menu, or even just greet us. Customers who came after us, were even helped before us. The waiter who told us we can sit anywhere didn't even come to us. Within those 5 or whatever minutes, we could've decided what to eat already, only if we had a menu. So then we stood up and left. Just seeing the concern on the staff's faces. And we left for Bossa Nova where we enjoyed their nice Don Vito pizza. Thanks for quick service Bossa. Drove all the way to the mall just to be disappointed</p>
