Panarotties waiters not awake

On 2 April 2018, I went to Panaroties based in Baywest Mall Port Elizabeth. We were met gladly at the door and placed at a outside table that still needed to be cleaned. They waiter gave the menus and said she will send someone immediately to clean the table. We waited 10 minutes where no waiter came either to take a order or clean the table. After causing a scene by removing everything on the table and move it to the close table, a waiter arrived to clean. He apologized and said will be back shortly for our orders. After waiting another 15minutes no waiters coming to take order. Including me waving to have service. Me and my family finally had enough and get up to get proper service at a different restaurant. What makes me more mad the restaurant was not full and waiters are not paying attention to all customers and cleaning tables quickly. I would suggest managent do something as Panaroties service was never this bad and usually it's our family's favorite place to eat. Until improvement or action has been made my family will not come to the restaurant again and will share our bad experience to everyone.
