Panarotis vaalmall cold food and received sabotaged food back

We waited a very long time for our food to come, we had to ask a manager to find out where the food was. When it arrived at the table it was cold. We ordered subs and some of the ingredients in the subs tasted like it was still frozen. I send my sub back to the kitchen and the lady who was a stand-in manager brought me a new sub this time the food was warm but when I took the 3rd bite of the sub I bit into something very hard. It was an olive pit and I broke my tooth with the olive pit. The sub i ordered was a chicken Supreme sub.
