Panarotis ****py Waiter's

Took my daughter to Panarotis at the Promenade, Mitchell's Plain yesterday 03 November 2018, for our usual date Saturday, as our general spot is Spur after watching a movie, we decided on panarotis to avoid the que at spur and it was by far the worst mistake, from the time we sat down to the time we left, it was hands down the worst service experience I've ever had at a restaurant. We got seated, and then 5 minutes later a waitress came, to take our order, I asked her to bring my daughter the Make Your Own Pizza, upon which she says "What you say", as she clearly didn't understand this, I asked her for a large Margarita pizza, without giving me the chance to order anything else she walks away. We sit for another almost 8 minutes before she returns with the side plates, and cutlery. I then ask her to bring me a Heineken and a kiddies Fanta for my daughter, we wait a while for that too, then 15 minutes later she comes back with the pizza, as we eating she pops by to ask is everything is still okay and as I'm about to answer her she walks away. I eventually get her attention again and ask her to bring my daughter the Create your own Waffle, and a peppermint tart, after nearly 20 minutes and by now I was so highly annoyed, she then brings the waffle and tells me there's no peppermint tart and leaves, the manager comes by as she says this and he walks the other way, helped my daughter finish her Waffle's and then walked up to the counter to pay as we were clearly not going to get her to come back with the bill any time soon. As I ask the server behind the counter for the bill and state that the service was bad, he then takes my details and the waiter show up out of no where with the bill, she walks off, the server says he's manager will phone me, to which he then calls me offering me a R50 voucher as he's manager wasn't in and to redeem it I had to call him in two days time as he would be off tomorrow.
