Owners and Managers Attitude

Dear Panarottis Pizza Pasta, Please be advised I called your Rosebank dealership today to enquire regarding prices for a bulk order i had. The staff member on the phone was hardly understandable and could not understand what i was asking nor requesting. I asked for the manager and he advised he is the manager. Before i ended the call i said you know what, leave it thanks and put the phone down. I then placed an order with Debonairs and and they delivered. I later receieved a call from the manager and then from the owner explaining the pizzas are ready for collection. I advised that i never confirmed this it was an enquiry. They continued to argue with me on the phone to when i put the phone down. I have now just received a call from the police station in rosebank regarding this inncodent.

I want head office to contact me immediatley and resolve this matter. I did not place the order over the phone, if the branch has staff members that do not have listening s****s this is not the consumers problem and i will not take res****sbility for this mess that has been cretated because the owners were not in store and employed peronsell that are not understanding the industry.
