Overpriced and Pathetic service

We received the worst service ever Yesterday at the Panarottis in Menlyn.

Fistly it took hours for our 2 pizzas to be made, there were clients that came in after us and still received their food first.

Secondly I ordered the mac and cheese for my 1 and a half year old sun, and while feeding him he spit out a piece of staple that was inside his food. How the hell a staple ended up in his food goes beyond my imagination and he could have swallowed the same and gotten really badly hurt.

When I told the waiter abaout it she took the staple and went down anout half hour later the manager came up and said that he is sorry and that he will ask the kitchen to be more careful. Really that is all?? Not even that they will not charge the plate that I now was to scared to feed my toddler.

I also asked for some coloring paper and crayons which they just never brought.

And to top it off they charge over R60 for a glass of coke. Like searously a class of coke, the service is pathetic and the prices is so over priced that it blows my mind.

One thing is for sure that I will NEVER eat at that restaurant again.
