Not slow service - no service

My wife and I went to have a pizza at the restaurant. We were shown our seats and given menus. That is the last time anyone came near us. There was only 1 waiter in the outside area this on the weekend after most people got paid. We sat there for over 30 minutes then my wife said that we must leave as no one came to help us. I think this is pathetic. There were other people waiting even longer than what we had to. The waiter would help 1 group and then disappear. I will never eat anything at that Panarottis again.
