Not getting food as discribed on menu

We went to Panarottis for a early lunch, we ordered the savory waffles. The beacon and Banana waffle, clearly shows on the menu, grilled banana and honey on the waffle. The 1st time it got to the table, the banana was not grilled, it was just cut into pieces and put on the waffle. We sent it back to get grilled. Then it came back. Now by this time my friend was already done eating his waffle that was fine. As you cut the waffle, you can clearly see, this is a dry waffle with no honey on it, the beacon does not even taste sweet at all. We then called the waiter over again, she took it again, then she comes back saying that they dont have honey to put on, but for a charge they will give us warm maple syrup. ????? FOR A ****EN CHARGE???? I then asked her to go call her manager. The manager has dread locks in her hair, i never took her name. She was telling us, how they never grill the banana that was not the way they were shown how to prepare the food and it's not here fault the honey is finished, the previous shift manger should of made sure there is. She defended and had answers for everything, finding no fault at all. I told her to bring a menu and read the description of the waffle. The response " the menu is wrong" we stood up, not even eating the rest of my waffle. This was purely poor service.
