Not even worth the money, big on family, big on disappointment

Tonight was a total disappointment. Firstly no one showed us our seat we had to do it ourself, then we got no service as not one waiter wanted to help us. We received 3 slices of pizza in 35 min and I had to eat with my 2 year old son as he was the only one receiving food. Then lastly I got a hair in my pizza, called the manager and she told me that it is a muahroom hair!! A mushroom with hair oh please. Paying R500 is a total ripp off.
