Not a happy patron

I am not one to complain about restaurants usually but last night at the Promenade Panarottis was a disaster. After having our meal, we order more drinks with potentially having more to eat during the power outage in the area (the restaurant had power thanks to the mall). Our waiter however, after taking our drinks order, went and served another table. After 15 mins of waiting, we decided to ask for the bill and leave.

Also, the birthday music is so loud that my wife and I could barely have a conversation. With about 10 (no less than actual 10) birthdays, they play that song so loudly that one has to stop your conversation and wait. And they did 5 in a row, followed by the staff shouting, cheering and whistling. I really don't mind someone enjoying their birthday and the restaurant making it a bit more special for that person, but why at the expense of the other patrons' experience?
