No table bookings on Tuesdays due to specials
I attempted to book a table with the manager of the Baywest branch for 8 people for Tuesday night at 7pm.<br> <br> The manager informed me that they do not take booking on any day which they are running a special.<br> <br> I feel that this is very poor service from a large franchise owned by Spur.<br> <br> It is not mentioned anywhere that bookings are not allowed and how can a person invite 8 guests for dinner at a restaurant without making a booking?<br> <br> I do feel that this is unacceptable and must be rectified.

Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns with us. Panarottis operates on a first come first serve basis and therefore does not take bookings. The only time that the store takes bookings is when 'they are hosting a kids party. The restaurant can get quiet busy on promo nights hence the no booking rule. If a franchise chooses to take bookings then that is entirely up to the discretion of the owner/operator.
