No respect

Good day 03/10/17 was at Panarottis Galleria and was served by Buhle. Complained bout the cheese that I do not like it and it taste different from the one you had before. She thn called a Manager by tje name of Mecheall. This lady comes to me to tell me that this is the best chcheese that you had. She did not even listen to my complaint and I felt bul**** and dictated to by her. I was just pointing out that I did not like the cheese best or ****a cheese. I did not appreciate her approach and her response to my complaint.
