No ice cream is not the customer's problem

It's boxing day. They have few desserts available because of the busy festive season. The shop is farely empty. A business should always have things available. That way your customer can come back anytime. We ordered waffles with ice cream and bar one sauce, by the time we were supposed to receive it, the waiter tells us there's no vanilla ice cream. Only Strawberry. When I was waitress, years ago, I'd tell the customer we don't have but we will go buy some tub of ice cream at pnp. Just to satisfy our customers. The waiter instead, just looked at us and took our cutlery away. We weren't sure what was going on. Bad service. Having no ice cream is not the customer's problem. Panarottis Vangate Mall
