Mis-management

we decided to have breakfast at panarottis on Sunday morning! what a disaster!!! we ordered skinny cappuccinos to come piping hot for when our food was served! we are served cappuccinos with cream, which is naturally cold and no food! I can see some food prepared and left there but our waitress is nowhere in sight. we wait another 30 minutes for the food to come! when it does come, it is cold too! we finish off the cold breakfast as fast as we can - am tired of this pathetic service! waitress says new management therefore they are slow! LOL! when we are done, ask for the bill - 5 different people and then it takes another 15 minutes before anyone brings it to us! Disgusting, sloppy, unprofessional and horrible! you will never see me or my family again!
