Midlands Mall - Terrible Service

So we walk into Panarotis Liberty Midlands Mall. It wasn't that busy at all. Absolutely no one comes and takes us to our table. A guy at the front eventually takes his time and walks us to a table. Then we wait, no one comes. I flag down the manager and ask him to get someone to please get our drinks. We're then met with a rude waitress named Neliswa who just says "Hi", she rudely takes our drinks order, then we wait again. 15 minutes pass and nothing. We then told the manager to cancel the order and walked out. Dont support this establishment. Pitty there is only one Panarotis in Pietermaritzburg.
