Managers need training in customer service.

Please could your managers get given training on how to satisfy your paying clients. I sat for about 15-20 minutes with no waiter/waitress asking if I had been helped, and this all happening while manager is standing right behind me at drinks counter. I had to call a waiter from the counter where pizza is served to get service.
