Manager needs to pull up her stocks

I had ordered a pasta over the phone and was told it would be ready in 20min. When i got to the store i was promptly helped by the manager Simon which i was very pleased with. However, i then asked for some garlic and chilli this same manager then proceeded to go get my condiments. After waiting 10min i noticed she had found herself engaged in a conversation with one of her colleagues and never looked back to acknowledge me still standing waiting. Fortunately another manager saw me and was able to assist. This might seem petty however im raising it because this was a manager who should be leading by example.
