Loyalty / Rewards System is Offline

Been to my local Panarottis (Canal Walk) twice this past week, wanting to make use of a R50 loyalty voucher before it expires at the end of the month. On both occasions, the loyalty/rewards system is either offline for the day or intermittently failing. Either way it's not working properly. When will this be resolved? Staff members have no idea when it will be fixed, so it would seem it has be a problem for while.
